We are doing everything in our power to make your bread in a safe and sanitary environment, being vigilant with wiping down, and washing every surface on a regular basis.  This is something we have already been doing as a safe food handling practice, but we are being extra vigilant in these times.
As most of you know I am the only one who does the baking, and I keep my hair tied back, and wear a scrub hat to keep the little wisps away from my dough, bread, pastries (products, etc).  I have also started wearing a mask just as an extra measure.  I have no signs or symptoms of any illness, no cold, sore throat, sneezing, fever, etc)
As you are aware we have moved to a more environmentally friendly packaging, we may have to temporarily go back to the plastic packaging to meet the requirements of the Helth authority, we will keep you updated should that have to happen.
