Creating a New Bread Stick line & Bringing back the Eccles

Its always exciting testing out new products, or bringing back an "old" favorite that had be relagated to the archive.  Over the next few weeks you will be seeing a few "new" items grace our table at the Market.

Eccles (an old family recipe) is being resurected from the archive, after getting a bit of a facelife, you will now see it at the Sunday Market at Seaport.

Bread sticks have been a popular request of late, so after some trial and error we have come up witha  couple that we like, we will have plain soup & salad bread sticks - at 50g a piece we found this to be a well portioned for a side bread.  We will have plain mini sticks,
 (10g each) great for kids (and adults too!) for dipping or stuffing with your favorite sandwich filling for quick breakfasts or lunches.  We will also have cinnamon bread sticsk & Pizza bread sticks.  Keep your eyes pealed for these to appear at the markets.
